ICAI 2017 conference in Eger
Between January 30 and February 1, the Eszterhazy Karoly University hosts the ICAI 2017 conference.

The Institute of Mathematics and Informatics at the Eszterhazy Karoly University, jointly with the IoT Research Institute and the University of Debrecen, organizes the 10th International Conference on Applied Informatics (ICAI) in Eger.


The ICAI conference has a great tradition of more than 20 years. On the current, 10th ICAI, we are expecting 120-150 from several countries. ICAI has alway been open to IT companies, in order to bring industry and research closer to each other. Such a closer relationship can catalyze innovation.

The conference organizes sections in the following topics: artificial intelligence, computer graphics, database systems, cryptography, cloud services, Internet of Things, medical informatics, functional programming, operational research, software design and object oriented programming, testing and verification, computer networks, computer statistics, and education.


The plenary talks were given by Prof. Tien Van Do (Budapest University of Technology and Economics), Istvan Fazekas (University of Debrecen), Lehel Csato (Babes-Bolyai University), Gergely Kovasznai (Eszterhazy Karoly University), Zoltan Porkolab and Tamas Kozsik (Eotvos Lorand University).
